Covid Memorial

Objective: Community resilience - In December 2020, The City of Chattanooga wanted to create a safe way to memorialize those who had been lost during the Covid 19 pandemic. Concerns included participant safety and political optics. Insights from the experiences of local healthcare workers became the foundation for media content.

Gospel in the Park

Objective: Placemaking and community resilience.
2 year engagement with low income seniors of Patten Towers. Displaced for nearly a year due to fire, Gospel in the Park, an event planned and curated by them, celebrated community resilience and reestablished their claim to space.

Arts in Health

In a partnership with CHI Memorial Hospital and The Hunter Musuem of Art, we we asked to create work that explored the concepts of race in America and social justice. We partnered with Erika Roberts, Rick Rushing and Pop-up Project dancers to foreground personal stories from the artists. The event received the National Organization of Arts in Health's first place award.
